Coach-Led Classes

All of our sessions are coach-led and designed to help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident—no matter your starting point. We offer two core classes: Forged Strong and Forged Fitness.

  • 3 sessions per week (12 per month) – £50

  • 4 sessions per week (16 a month) – £60

  • Unlimited sessions and Open Gym Access - £70

Need an extra session? Bolt-ons are available if you want to add an extra workout to your week.

Train on your own terms for just £40 a month with access to top-tier equipment, plus a free 12-week structured strength program to guide your progress.

You don’t have automatic access to the group sessions, but you can purchase a 10 class bolt-on for only £60, valid for 90 days.
