Kids-Only Sessions (Ages 6-12)

Our Kids-Only Fitness Sessions are designed to help children build strength, confidence, and a love for movement in a fun and supportive environment. These sessions focus on developing fundamental movement skills, coordination, and fitness through engaging workouts, team games, and age-appropriate exercises. Whether your child is brand new to exercise or already active, they’ll benefit from expert coaching in a safe and encouraging space. We make fitness fun, so kids leave each session feeling accomplished and excited for the next one!

Parents must remain in the building.

Saturday Morning Kids & Parents Workout

Start your weekend strong with our Kids & Parents Workout – a fun-filled Saturday morning session where you and your child can train together! This class is all about movement, teamwork, and quality time. Expect a mix of strength, fitness, and playful challenges that will have both kids and adults working hard and having fun. Whether you're a fitness fanatic or just getting started, this session is a great way to bond with your child while setting a positive example of an active lifestyle.

  • Yes, all our coaches are DBS checked, and we have a comprehensive safeguarding policy in place to ensure the safety and well-being of every child in our sessions.

  • Yes, parents must stay during the session. While the kids train, you’re welcome to watch, encourage them, or relax in our facility.

  • Yes! We offer a trial session, which can be booked through our website.

  • Please bring:
    A water bottle
    Comfortable sportswear and trainers
