Join our 6-week Women’s Weightlifting Club — available as either a Monday evening course or Tuesday morning course — designed to teach you everything you need to know about lifting weights in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.

Kids & Parents Classes

Looking for a way to get fitter and spend quality time with your child? Join us every Saturday at 10am for our Kids & Parents Workout Classes!

Whether your child is already into sports or just getting started, these fun-filled sessions are designed to build their fitness, balance, coordination, teamwork, confidence, and resilience — all while having a great time.

Parents and children will work out side by side, setting a powerful example of what it means to stay active and healthy. These sessions are about more than just exercise — they’re about building trust, communication, and a stronger bond through shared movement and encouragement.

Expect laughter, high-fives, and a boost in confidence for both of you!
